I am thinking of selling my Sony Ericsson Xperia X1i. I got it in January 2009.
The phone is in great condition having been stuck in a leather case the whole time. No scratches as far as I can see. I will put up photos if anyone is interested.
The phone comes with a Noreve flip leather case worth £40 (there are some blue pen marks on the case)
It also comes with original softwares worth over £150.

Xperia has a 800×480 screen meaning a lot of programs do not work at this resolution. Not to mention a lot of softwares out there only work up to Win Mo 5. It is hard work sifting thru all these programs, seeing what works, what doesn’t, what is worth keeping and so on.
The good news is I’ve done most of the work. I’ve tried so many softwares and gotten down to the few that work great. So here are some that are great, others that might work for you and some you really need to stay away from.
FREE TOOLS AND UTILITIES
GMAIL Java App: The latest Gmail app does not work with Xperia but this one does. However, I prefer to use POP mail to download Gmail and that works better not to mention it is also more readable.

I have hard reset my Xperia so many times now that I’m sure I have memorized all the steps now. And don’t worry it wasn’t because Xperia has problems, I was just tweaking, testing and playing with the registry. Read on to save yourself all the time I have spent testing things out for you.
Align Screen
This is the first thing you will need to do in order to get your phone working. Make sure you use a stylus. Using your fingers is not a good idea as you will find the screen very unresponsive after that. I found out the hard way.

I have had a Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 since November 15 and have been playing with it for the past 12 days. So far I am loving the phone.
First Impression
When I first saw the box, I was quite surprised. I had expected it to be bigger for some reason. The next surprise was the phone itself. It looked so small. And if that wasn’t enough I got another shock on sliding out the keyboard. The keys are so small but not in a bad way. It’s just that the photographs give you the impression of the phone being a bit bigger for some reason.

No I am not selling mine. I am enjoying it way too much to do that
To cut a long story short, I asked my cousin in the UK to get me an Xperia. We ordered from a shop which had it in stock. Turns out our shipment is delayed and my cousin being unsure of it being delivered in time (flight on Nov 14), ordered a back-up option on Ebay.
Now we have two phones on the way LOL.

I am so sure I am not the only going mad trying to decide which of these smart phones to get.
Sadly I have been trying to change my phone for the past 18 months and just didn’t find any that will fit the bill. And now 18 months later I am finding way too many options.
IPHONE
I have been eying the IPhone ever since it came out. I was unable to get it as it was carrier bound and only available in the US. This is the reason why I even waited 18 months to change my phone hoping they will release it in my country in just another 2 months. Well all those 2 months have added up.
